Summary
Above-ground pools are prohibited. In-ground pools are allowed with prior A&A approval and required city permits. Temporary pools (up to 12 feet in length or diameter) are permitted in the backyard from May 1 through Labor Day only, provided a fence encloses the entire backyard. A $25/day fine is assessed for every day a temporary pool remains after Labor Day.
