There was no formal contract — service was open-ended (“until canceled”). A January 2023 work order for the fall 2022 winterization lists the vendor as Solitude Lake Management LLC rather than Rollins Aquatic Solutions, suggesting a corporate name change or acquisition. Whether the two names refer to the same legal entity is unconfirmed.
The North Basin ComEd electrical service was disconnected in 2025 per board direction, so the aeration system may no longer be in service regardless of vendor identity.
