Rollins Aquatic Solutions provided seasonal pond aeration service for the HOA’s North Basin from October 2009 through October 2022. There was no formal contract — service was open-ended (“until canceled”). Per SOLitude Lake Management’s own published account (solitudelakemanagement.com/rollinsjourney/), Rollins transitioned ownership to SOLitude Lake Management — confirming these are the same company under a new name. The January 2023 work order listing “Solitude Lake Management LLC” (Invoice #37583, $108.75) for the fall 2022 aerator winterization reflects this name transition, not a vendor change.
The North Basin ComEd electrical service was disconnected in 2025 per board direction, so the aeration system is no longer in service. No ongoing relationship with SOLitude Lake Management exists.
