The July 2026 contract log shows $15,500/yr for 2026/2027/2028 ($46,500 total) — this does not match the 3-year total of any single August 2025 proposal (25-0272 was $15,500 as a 3-year total for the HOA-only neighborhood basin alone) nor the combined $37,800 three-basin total. Whether this reflects a renegotiated scope, a different basin combination, or a contract-log transcription error is unconfirmed.
