Merger confirmed (July 2026): The July 16, 2026 board packet’s contract log lists the HOA’s landscape maintenance contract under “Alan Horticulture” at the exact same multi-year rates previously attributed to Fisher Burton ($17,880/$18,784/$18,784), and a separate Alan Horticulture Turf Care proposal uses letterhead combining both brands (“ALAN | FISHER BURTON LANDSCAPE”). At the July 16, 2026 board meeting, the Board confirmed directly: “landscape company changed name due to merger, no contract change.” This is now Board-confirmed, superseding the earlier user-supplied LinkedIn verification. A landscaping contractor with two confirmed contracts with the HOA:
- Landscape Maintenance (Common Areas) — multi-year contract through November 2027; $17,880 in 2025, $18,784 in 2026 and 2027. This is a broad common area grounds contract, not limited to mulching.
- Mulch (2025 only) — $4,585 for 2025; discontinued after July 2025 when Yellowstone Landscape was selected for mulching at $4,505.
Fisher Burton’s continued presence in the 2026 budget and cost-share spreadsheet reflects Contract 1 (landscape maintenance), not the discontinued mulch contract. This resolves the open question about why Fisher Burton appeared active after the July 2025 discontinuation announcement.
