Association Partners, Inc. (API) is the management company for the Prestonfield HOA. API serves as the primary point of contact for all homeowner questions, issues, and communications. The Board provides responses and decisions to API, which then relays them to homeowners in writing. API also administers the assessment collection process and coordinates violation notices.

Inspector: Bob Colucci — first identified in October 2024 packet (issued 1st Warning violation September 13, 2024 for trash). Jennifer Nissen also active as violations administrator.

May 2026: Jen Nissen identified as API contact to be listed in the HOA newsletter. Jennifer Nissen also confirmed as active violations administrator in the CINC system (issued a first-warning trash bin violation April 15, 2026).

The API management agreement is dated September 1, 2020 — 28 days before PSI sent its termination letter (September 29, 2020). API’s contract term commenced November 1, 2020, with PSI’s effective end date being November 30, 2020 — a deliberate 30-day overlap. The HOA did not scramble to replace PSI after the termination letter; it had already engaged API. API’s initial fee was $12,960/year ($1,080/month), escalating 3.5% annually.
