Summary

All homeowner questions and issues must first go through the management company, Association Partners, Inc. (API). If API cannot resolve the issue and it requires Board response or approval, the homeowner must submit it in writing. Unwritten issues will not receive a Board response and the homeowner waives the right to seek resolution. The Board reviews written requests and responds through API. If unsatisfied, a homeowner may request a hearing at the next quarterly Board meeting.

Process Steps

  1. Contact API: 630-653-7782
  2. If API cannot resolve and Board response/approval is needed → submit in writing (step 3)
  3. Submit in writing to: Info@apimanagers.com
    OR mail to: Prestonfield HOA, c/o Association Partners, Inc., 25W560 Geneva Road, Box 16, Carol Stream, IL 60188-2231
  4. If not submitted in writing — Board is not required to respond; homeowner waives right to resolution
  5. Board reviews and provides response to API; API responds to homeowner in writing
  6. If homeowner is unsatisfied → request a hearing at next quarterly Board meeting (or sooner/later at President’s discretion)
