Property Specialists, Inc. (PSI) was the original management company for the Prestonfield HOA. PSI managed the association from at least the early post-Declarant period through at least October 2019, when Julie Maggio attended the October 10 Board meeting as PSI’s management representative. The original PSI contract ran 5/1/2017–4/30/2019; Addendum A (confirmed in the October 2019 board packet) extended the contract through April 30, 2021.
