The handwritten job-site line reads “278, 264 Hemlock, 1438 Snowberry,” whereas Peerless describes the same job as behind 264 and 278 Heritage Woods Drive and 1438 Snowberry Lane. The quantity and address discrepancies should be reconciled with Classic now that the work is approved (see Open Questions in fence-regulations). The footing instructions are new relative to the bid, which says only that the existing split rail is removed and hauled away and that posts are set dry.
