Summary

All garbage, trash, and rubbish must be stored so as not to be visible from neighboring homes or streets at all times. Cans may be placed at the curb no earlier than 5:00 PM on the day before pickup (Wednesday) and must be returned to the garage before midnight on pickup day. Garbage may not be allowed to accumulate on the premises, and burning garbage on a lot is prohibited. Brush is explicitly excluded from these rules.

The Board began actively directing API to fine homeowners for garbage can violations in May 2026.
